Sub: Grant of monthly meeting – reg.

Kindly recall the discussions that we had on 11.11.2011 regarding grant of monthly meeting in which we have requested to grant the monthly meeting on 15.11.2011 and you too agreed to grant the monthly meeting on 15.11.2011.
As such Shri.B.Amruthaganesan APM (SB) Vellore H.O and Divisional President and myself came to your office on 15.11.2011. But to our surprise it was informed by the ASP (HQ) that the SSPOs is not in the head quarters.
We are of the opinion that the Divisional administration is wantonly avoiding and teasing the representatives of the union and particularly the AIPEU Group “C” union.
This union would like to further inform you that this kind of attitude would not be in any way help to maintain cordiality between the union and the administration.
Hence it is requested to change this kind of attitude and to respond to the grievances and subjects placed by our union on behalf of our members and to take necessary action in true spirit to settle the genuine demands.
